My girlfriend has a 1999 Sea-doo GSX and at the end of last season the engine locked with oil.

It was at a shop all winter, they have taken the entire engine apart, the crank shaft liiks fine there is no ovious issueses that should have caused this. The mechanice has checked seal and bearings as well as the check valve all fine.

Once the oil is pumped out of the cylinders it fires up and runs, but as sooon
as it sits for 24hrs it re- fills with oil........... any ideas?

YOU COULD PINCHER THE GEAR CAVITY SUPPLY OIL LINE, PUT A SHUT-OFF VALVE, BUT TO FIX IT MEANS A NEW CRANKSHAFT.
OPPS........had the caps lock on.
