oil in cylinders

Hi, i have a 1996 GSX 787.
it has not been started in over 2 years.
I tried to start it but found that the plugs are all oiled up.
Wound the motor over with the spark plugs out and oil just kept on coming out of the plug holes.
Is the oil pump stuck open, can it be corrected or do I need a new pump, or is it better to disconect the oil feed line to the pump and run it on premix.

Probably bad crank seals on the rotary gear bath and its leaked oil through them into the bottom of the crank. I doubt oil is going to go through a pump thats not turning but I could be wrong.
