Oil for 1997 seadoo gsi

I am wondering if the pennzoil 2 cycle marine engine oil can work in my 97 gsi. If not what would be the correct oil to get?

Use API-TC rated oil, either XPS or Lucas in the blue jug. Do not use anything else even if it has a picture of a personal watercraft on the label, no TCW-3 oil
