Has anyone experienced coolant seeping into the oil, due to a faulty oil cooler? I know these cooler are a common cause of oil leaks, but wondering if an internal issue could allow coolant into the oil. Thoughts?

yes as the coolant is 13 psi system and is higher than oil pressure when engine not running.
your coolant d
should need topping up

change cooler and do the engine oil flush procedure with a filter change
oil coolers are around $115 And you'll need two o rings

Absolutely yes, just did one. Exactly as previous reply. Shut motor off, coolant still under pressure until it cools off (several minutes or more). Coolant will seep from coolant side to oil side..
