Oil coming out of drainage plugs? What does this mean?

Old seadoo it has been sitting for long while. What does it mean when oil is coming out of drainage holes in back?

Is that a 951di? If so it's probably the gromet in the bottom of the oil tank or the seam of the oil tank is split

The grommet mentioned above is a very common failure. It is easy enough to check it as it is near the bottom of the oil tank.

On this generation, all the ones I have seen had the crap 2 piece oil tank split.
