I know this has been covered many, many times but I can't find any answers using the search function, says it's too common a question. Ok, seadoo oil is $50/gal, Quicksilver is $25/gal and the cheap stuff is $12/gal. All are synthetic and formulated for PWC. I've been buying the seadoo oil but money is starting to get tight with business the way it is. I'm very tempted to get the quicksilver, that $25 would put some gas in the tank. Thanks and don't beat me up to bad.

Never run anything that says TCW-3 on the bottle.
What engine do you have?
A really good inexpensive and approved oil is Mystic JT4.

I have 2 - 92's and a 91 XP..... I am one of those guys who run genuine Seadoo oil which is mineral oil. It is a little pricey but why not use what's recommended?Screenshot_2020-09-12-10-50-47.jpeg

I don't know why my profile didn't show up, this is a 2002 GTX DI, I "think" that it's a 951 motor. I bought this ski used from the machinist at work, he completely rebuilt the motor and the jet. It runs good but I only see about 50-52 mph on the speedo. Anyway he told me to use the Seadoo synthetic oil which I have done for the last few years, now I'm wondering if I could save some $$ and use the non Seadoo brands. Thanks for all the responses.

No, on a DI you have to run API-TC full synthetic and can not skimp. That is a lean burn and highly stressed 2-stroke. Your only option is Seadoo XPS E-Tex 2T, Mystic JT4 or Amsoil Interceptor.
