I just bought a 2012 challenger 210s to replace my 180. I noticed a lot of white exhaust or possibly steam (after doing some research) which I wasn’t used to seeing from my 180. It exists constantly when any throttle is applied. The other thing I noticed was the temperature gauge increases fairly quickly from 1/2 at idle or low speeds to 3/4 (it might keep raising but I throttled back) when I would go full throttle for a few minutes. You can actually watch the gauge go up. This engine is in its own fiberglass enclosure which I’m sure traps in even more heat. Is all of this normal for the 210s (single engine)?
