No thrust.

I bought two 2004 GTX 155 wakes that sat in a marina for 4 years ,one of the ski s runs great no issues as of yet, the other one ,we had to replace the drive shaft ,carbon seal , prop and wear ring .When we put the ski in the water , it ran great for about 2 miles , then all at once no trust, it was like the prop fell off ,engine runs fine , but no trust ,any suggestions where to start

I trust you are talking about thrust?
You most likely got some weeds or debris in the jet pump. Inspect the impeller from the front to see if there is anything stuck in there. A very small stick will cause cavitation and you will go nowhere.

I looked at the impeller thru the intake grate , and couldn't find anything,I ll pull the pump tomorrow morning see if I can see anything

I removed the pump from the hull , the Impeller
Seal came off and slid up the drive shaft ,Do you think this would cause the thrust problem ,I can't see anything else that's sticks out
