Have a 90, wont start. I added new spark plugs and it gets great spark. The motor is turning and both cylinders are moving freely. It sounds like every couple seconds it studders and its going to start but nothing. I bought the sea doo from a lady who said it sat for a while. Could my problem be old gas? If so how do I empty the gas tank?

thanks in advance.

Ok you have a 90 what? you need to post your seadoo model and year in your avatar so we can help your problem.

Ok you still need to add your information to your avatar. Use mine as an example. You need to remove all the fuel, siphon it if you need to, clean the carbs, and replace the gray fuel lines too as they deteriorate from he inside out and will keep clogging the carbs. When you clean the carbs use spray carb cleaner on all the passages so they are clean. Install new spark plugs and it should fire up.

do you have any starting fluid if so pull the plugs and shoot a lil in it and replace the plugs if it starts it will usually mean your not getting fuel or the fuel is weak.

Don't use starting fluid...if you must use the same oil you use in the seadoo and add some gas to it for a pre mix. Add it to the cylinders in the spark plug holes and see if it fires up. Starting fluid has no lubrication value, and if it's not getting any fuel oil mix, it could score the cylinder walls of the cylinders.

Your problem lies in being stored for a while. Replace the fuel and clean the carbs and other recommendations. It's not gonna run properly if you don't, and it needs to be done if you want to keep it running.
