Update: FIXED.
I took everything apart that could be removed, cleaned it and replaced. Tested the trigger and the 2ndary coil, both were fine. Spark boots were placed back on the wires, after cleaning them again. It now runs and sparks on both holes.....go figure?
Before I tear in to the stator cover and look for a trigger problem, I thought I might ask for some advice. As stated, it is a 97 GSX. I have cut the spark plug lead back 1/2 inch and reassembled the boot. All wiring looks like new, and the coil pack works on the other cylinder. What else should I look for before the stator?
Thanks in advance,
Khris
