The switch to turn on the dash lights and running lights has no power. I checked the fuse and it was still good.

Is there a in line fuse anywhere under the dash?

I MADE A MISTAKE.
I was putting in some quick connects on my LED lights in my cup holders, and I may have crosses wires with the switch still on.

I may try running another 12volt wire from another switch to see if it powers up, but I may end up blowing that one also, so what if I ran power from a separate battery straight to the switch, by passing all fuses????

Not sure about your model, but my 96 challenger has a fuse block hidden in the compartment just forward of the steering wheel and the lights are powered through a fuse in that block. Sounds like you just blew a fuse.

My fuse box in in the engine compartment, and the fuse was good??

I just downloaded the manual for your boat. Looks like the running light and instrument lights are on same circuit within the main MPEM, protected by a 3 amp fuse.
Did you verify continuity on that fuse, or just visually inspect it?
Did you verify that you are getting current to the battery side of the fuse?

To me, it sounds like you either fried the fuse, or some other spot in the circuit was weaker and failed before the fuse. I would start tracing back to see where the last place is that I have current. ie. start at the nav lights switch. If no current, move to the next connection between that switch and the battery (the 3 amp fuse) and check for current on the battery side of the fuse. If no current, then to the next connector between there and the battery.

Getting out the multi-meter and checking for continuity and voltage are the only ways I can think of to figure out where the circuit is being broken.
