No neoprene seal on 1997 GTI

Hello,

When removing my jet pump to replace the wear ring on a 1997 GTI I noticed that there wasn't a neoprene seal between the pump and the mating surface of the hull. I then went to verify this by looking at the parts catalog and did not see it listed in the parts list and the diagram. It is included on the GTS but not the GTI.

I am checking with anyone that may have worked on a GTI and had the same experience? It just seemed odd that most other skis had this but not this one.

My 1997 GTX doesn’t call for one but I put one on it rather than sealant.
