Newbie Looking to purchase! Need advice

I am looking at 2 sea rays right now. One is a 97 fx16 with 100hrs, looks to be in pretty decent shape, not sure of size motor and for $4800. The other is a 98 fx16 with 120 hours with the 175 mercury and is also in good shape for $5300. I cannot find any research on these fx16's and was wondering a little about them. I am hoping these boats are zippy in the water and yet comfortable for a nice day of cruising. Please tell me your opinions about them. Thank you

I'm not much into that style of boat but, i can give some info on how they perform and they're uses. First off what are there length. The more horse power the faster obviously. second sea rays are known as good family boats, great for pulling tubers or skiers but by no means a tow boat. Are you planning on running in salt of freshwater?

mainly salt water, its 16 feet long with 175hp 3.0 v6 2 stroke
