New Wear Ring & Impeller

so i just put in a refurbished impeller and a brand new wear ring my question is that one of the bottom corners of the fin is rubbing a little. just enough to make a little mark in the new wear ring. is this a big deal? or will it just make a tiny gouge that won't efect anything? the rest of the impeller has just enough clearance just the tip of a fin like i said.

As long as the impeller isn't wobbling... you are fine.

exactly the way to do it i also recommend the freezer trick worked great. i saved a few bucks and used a spare drive shaft with a monkey wrench instead of buying a impeller tool. lol also a dremal worked good to get the old wear ring out.
