How to get it out hasn't been the problem, it's where to put it. She's got about ~7 gallons in the tank so I'll have to buy a fairly large container to transport it to be legally disposed of unless I can find a place to get it pumped out, and the time to do it. I don't have anything else forgiving enough to burn it in, and I don't live somewhere that I can have a giant bonfire, lol.

For disposal, I can't recommend what I did, but I will share it. I pumped out about 10 gallons into two 5 gallon buckets. In the few days it took me to figure out what to do, it all evaporated from sitting in the sun.

Lots of skis have anti siphon, like mine. You have to take the tank out. Is this hose supposed to drain from the gas cap or elsewhere?

So THAT is the reason there is such a big hole in ozone layer over my house now....

Yeah right! Everyone knows that gasoline evaporates!!! You remember oil paint? Turpentine to clean your paintbrushes would evaporate and leave some kind of gooey thing at the bottom of the can!

I think that if you burn the gas or let it evaporate, it causes the same CO2 emission, actually maybe a bit less because you will have some gooey stuff in the bottom of the tank, the same kind that will harm an engine (hence called old gas that smells bad because it has evaporated).

I own an IT business and have a couple generators and have at least 10 gas tanks around (like 50 gallons). I try to use them before they go old but the best way is to put Stabil in them.

Last old fuel I drained out of anything I just poured in the truck. 5 gallons of old but probably still fine fuel mixed in with 30 gallons of new fuel won't cause any problems.

Aye, but neither of my vehicles are forgiving enough to do that. Either one would run like sh!t if I just put fresh 87 in them. They're both tuned and forced induction, with one pushing around 26psi of boost, and both having only ~14 gallon tanks.

Well then, uh, don't do that.

No worries, I'm going to pick up a large tank from basspro today and transfer it to there. After that I'll either make my lawn guy really happy with some free gas, or take it to the collection point for my city.
