Just wanted to say hello. I just purchased a 2000 FTX RFI and I'm in the process of fixing it up and I hope that I can learn a lot from this forum.

You will learn a lot from this forum. When I first got on here I had just purchased my speedster 150 and did not even know how to flush the engine. Now I have even changed my wear ring a few times among other things thanks to all the info that I found on here. There is a wealth of information on here that you find very useful. Beware though it can get very addicting. Lol

I have learned some things that I did not know already. I was lucky and got it to run on the hose earlier today but only after taking out my fuel pump which had so much trash in it. Fuel pump is running now but it has to be replaced along with re-installing the oil injection system.
