I did this to my Seadoo the other day.
Hope this helps someone.

Rip the old seats out using a 6 foot pry bar.
Cut some wood that fits the shape of the hull.
Paint the wood white.
Buy the seats on Amazon.
Install the screws int he bottom of the seat and put chalk on the screw heads.
Touch the seats to the wood (chalk marks the screw location).
Drill the chalk spots out of the wood.
Buy plastic ammo boxes.
Buy longer screws, and use them to attach the seats to the wood.
Put wood / seats in boat.
Put plastic ammo boxes in boat and drill through the boxes, wood and hull.
Install large screws into the bottom of the ammo boxes / hull.

Done.

Notes:
-seats fold down for storage / transport.
-works great for spotter / front seat as well.
-About 2 - 3 hours of labor.
-About $300 total cost, including the spotter seat (4 seats total).
