New battery everything went dead

Hello out there. I put a new battery in 2003 GTX 4tec put lanyard on a quick reaction from gauges then everything went dead on gauges. Check all fuses including main fuse all good. Thought I heard pop but no sure. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the battery voltage?

Jump the solenoid. If it cranks that tells you that the battery is good, the cables and connections are good, and the starter is good. This will help to determine what direction you need to head.

I put battery in my other jet ski and it fired right up. Bought 2 new batteries for 2 jet skis. I will jump solenoid tomorrow and see what happens. I appreciate the feedback
