Negative voltage from Regulator?

I have a 96' GSX, I get 13.5 volts at idle (3K on the trailer) so what's the issue with that ski? Non running voltage is 12.5 volts.

I'm basically just going over everything on both skis while I have them home from the lake for a couple weeks. I've always kept them at the lake and I haven't had time while we are there to keep up with maintenance the past couple years and every time I go to use them at least one is running right for one reason or another. The '96 runs pretty good but an occasionally gogs down.

Did you ever "solve" this. My 787 rectifiers are both showing -20 to -24 VDC when the engines are running?
Was it just the battery or the rectifiers or both or something else?

from memory, I believe the new regulator fixed the problem.
