Need to make a 787 RFI fuel pressure guage

See post 11, it doesn’t give a full explanation but it does give some part numbers for the fittings. You could also look up in the parts catalogue for fittings. I’m not sure but I believe you may need someone to crimp the fittings on. Also not 100 percent sure but If it’s like my 05 MXZ I think you would disconnect the fuel line at the fuel rail, insert your home made fuel tester ( 2 fittings crimped onto line, crimped onto a T connector, line off T up to pressure gauge. When I’m searching, I always search on google then type site: the. Seadooforum.com you will get the best results this way
I would think if you bought a fuel injected rated fuel line the same length as the one that’s on there and bought 2 of the part 25, two of the part 2, on the parts fiche, cut the new line, crimp a brass T fitting, fuel line up from the T to a fuel gauge. Fuel injection clamps should work on the brass T and on the gauge. Part 2 on the fiche is Connector PN 275500428 and part 25 on fiche is connector stopper 275500429.

Or buy this fuel hose with ends already on it, then just T the gauge in. Looks like connector 275500428 may be discontinued, everyone seems to be out of stock. Maybe the Dorman one from the first link in post 11 will work. Let me know what you come up with. I would like to make one of these as well

Here’s the Dorman ones, and they are available. Before you buy a gauge check out the pressure a DI puts out, you may want a gauge that can test the DI’s a well, if memory serves me correctly I think they are around 107 psi and RFI’s are around 57 but you should definitely check those numbers .
