Need suggestions...

Hello, new to the forum!!

I currently own a 2004 sportster 4tec 155 and so far love the boat, but when I have friends come down for a visit I cant take everyone out, so been thinking of upgrading to a larger boat!! What would you suggest I get, I do like having a jet boat but want something that will perform well with 5-6 adults!! Not looking to spend a fortune since the boat will stay down at my condo in Florida...what price range should I be looking at for something 2004+??

really depends on what boat. My parents friends have a deck boat that worked out great for 7 of us. Faster then a pontoon but lots of room. Here is a few examples for ya.

Thanks, but I prefer either a Seadoo or Yamaha, something like a Challenger..??

I can recommend the c180. I've had 4adults and 3 children aboard. Still could throw it around. Six adults would be comfortable. Peformance with the 255hp will be 48mph. Prob same as your 155.

thanks Davo, that is the boat that I have been looking at!! I am leaning towards the 255HP, but allot of deals on the 215HP right now....is there a big difference in performance between the two??

Never driven the 215. But you'll want as much power as you can get since your use to the lighter boat. I think the 215 does 41 mph

Ya I think your right...will look at the 255's!!

I have seen some good prices on the 2004-2005 20 ft speedsters also. Around $14,000.
