Well the nightmare continues................

I called the dealer yesterday to check on the machine and they told me that they would have it for me by today...

When they called me today they said your not going to like the news I am about to tell you but Seadoo is going to have to send a new motor out...the head gasket was not the problem. The motor is still doing the same thing it was.

I am guessing it had a cracked block or head.

Buying this machine was a very very bad idea.

Seadoo 4-Tec engines are generally very good. You are going through some bad times for sure. But,,,, once it is right, you will like the machine.

I'd be pushing for a loaner in the mean time.

Good luck to you.

Are ridding your ski yet? What a nightmare! However, at least theyno owned up to the fact that you needed another engine and not sent you on your way with one that is going to blow up on you. I hope you ride it till it snows and enjoy it!!

Yes I did get it back. It ended up costing me $4200.00 for new engine installed along with a supercharger rebuild, new key fob, oil change and spark plugs.
