Need measurements of Shoq Pole upper mounting bracket

Anyone have an upper mounting bracket (p12) They'd be willing to sell? Or, would anyone be willing to take some measurements of theirs so I can try to make something that will work.

theres one i forgot its 2mm thick s.steel and the black one is aluminium
