Need Help with "Limp back to dock" reading - 2015 Seadoo Spark

Had issue end of last year where Seadoo Spark ski died in water. Won't start now and and just says "Limp mode" on display.
have had problem in past and I replaced plugs. They seemed to be a bit wet when I pulled them out but was told that was normally what they looked like when I posted pics.
Any suggestions or help as to what I should look at this time when I open her up?

No. I guess that’s my next step as it is original battery.

Most likely that is your issue.

New battery and oil change but still reads limp mode when try to turn over. Won’t even turn over. Seems to just lock up.
