Need help with hose.Gtx di 2002 951cc

Engine was removed for a full rebuild,now i forgot where those two hose is going,is there anny hose on the crankcase gear nipple vent? and where the hose on the T is going?Manuel doenst said anything.Sorry for my bad english

Nothing goes on the nipple. it's just the plug for the gear oil. 1 oz of 30w oil. Some people use synth API-tc in there.

The bottom picture is the RAVE system. The hose marked just goes to the pulse port on the crank case.


The oil hoses in your picture are OLD and crusty. I'm guessing if you give them a squeeze, pull, or twist... they will break off. DO NOT reuse them !!!!! You will soon have a roasted engine because of lack of oil.

those line are brand new now.Where is the pulse port on the crankcase is located? thanks you

It's on the other side. Probably a curved barb pressed into the case.

Your image of the Air intake system from SD parts is correct. there is a one way valve and a hose which connects from the crankcase nipple to the t fitting for RAVE valve solenoid.
