If it is that bad such that it locks up after only sitting for 3 hours, then it is time for a rebuilt crank, or motor.

Ill prolly just try and sell it as a project or parts.... It's unfortunate but I guess it is what it is, can't win them all

If you are going to junk it, before you do that try putting a valve in your oil supply line, turn it off when not in use. Just make sure you turn it on when riding. See how that works.
