TERRIBLY,AS I AM ON THE MACHINE WITH IT PINNED I CAN TURN THE FUEL SWITCH TO OFF WAIT 4 SECONDS AND IT WILL SHOOT UP AND START TO TAKE OFF BUT THEN DIES BECAUSE IT RUNS OUT OF FUEL. THATS WHY I SAY IT IS FLOODING,, WHAT DO YOU THINK ALSO COULD SOME ONE HAVE TURNED THE HIGH SITTING THAT HAS THE BLACK CAP MORE THAN REQUIRED COULD THIS CAUSED THIS TO HAPPEN... I AM ABOUT TO WHITTS END. ANY HELP PLEASE I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT MY BATTERY IS NOT HOLDING A CHARGE I HAVE BEEN USEING A JUMP BOX COULD THIS BE A ISSUE MAYBE NOT ENOUGH VOLTAGE... IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM I WILL REALLY FEEL LIKE A DUMB_____ :(:(:(:willy_nilly:

Take battery to auto parts store and get a free LOAD TEST, but put a charge on it first. You may have gotten the needle lever in carb pinched open upon re-assembly. This is a common error and also a reason we leak test after re-assembly
with a pop-off tester. Bills86e

Jump Box

Do NOT use a jump box to start your ski. The previous owner of my ski used a jump box and it blew out the MPEM.

i will try a new battery today but still think it is a fuel issue...
anyone can come up with somthing please dont hesitate.

Needle lever

Your needle lever in your carb could be pinched open Do a Pop off pressure test and redo! I had the exacxt issue! Always do a pressure test!

Have you cleaned out the gas can trash from the water/fuel filter under the handlebars, and the fuel switch can give you trouble when one of the rubber rings breaks allowing air to come into the fuel system, mark the oil tank and use the same oil as previous owner.

No there are 2 rings inside the selector switch, sometimes they crawl into the carb filters or block the fuel transfer holes.

Oooohhh ok coo, because one my skis had the "valve gasket" one didnt, was wondering about orderin new ones!?!?!
