Need advice on 2000 GTX carb 951 +NEW pics added of engine and ski

OK, so the head is off. No way in heck this was ever rebuilt. Standard pistons and no hash marks. Also light scuffing in cyls. Head is dirty and pistons have mild carbon. Must have been running on the lean side for 225hrs.

Guessing the small amount of pink antifreeze was from pulling the head off.

Im not knowledgeable on this type of stuff, I can help as much as I can but I’ve literally only had about 4 - 2 stroke engines apart in my lifetime and none of those were 951’s. Piston crowns look overly clean to me, not sure what thats from? Maybe cooling water got into the combustion chamber, maybe running lean?
The mating surface between the cylinders and crankcase looks rusty in areas inside the gasket sealing band? Is it? I never thought to mention it but it would have been a good idea to pressure test the cooling system and the crankcase before disassembly.
