MY first rotax with a rave valve help

Ok i bought a 98 speedster and i thought it was good to go well.
i get it out on the water and left motor not as strong as right
no biggie ill get new plugs well no improvement
so ill pull the carbs and there clean huh?
well the rave valve is leaking exhauste oil so i pull it out
man this thing is directional oh no
i pulled the other and it was pulled out of the plastic thing and stuck down and broken .this is not good
well i see no damage on piston or cylinder.did the last guy just hack it together to sell it?
also my plugs looked milky when i removed them
compression is at 135 all 4
the question is just drop in a new rave and cross my fingers?

obviously, you got water in the cylinders. Hope it was there from flushing, and contributed to the perfromance. Either way, you need new rave/s, so, go from there, see what happens. Pull plugs, expell out everything, pull carbs, go thru them, then give it a gander. Maybe do plug chop, make sure no water exsist again. If so, then need to pull cylinders, have honed to see if theres crack/s in sleeves...
