Hi all,
I went to start up my 04 gtx sc and the ski is showing "key" on the display and draining the battery. This is when the key is not on the ski. I then tried to push the start button and nothing. I put the key on the post and then the start button works. the biggest problem is that when I pull the key from the post, it doesn't shut off. I have to press the start/stop again. Now as long as the battery is connected it doesn't need the key again but when I unplug the battery and plug it back in the cycle repeats itself. I think its a bad dess post so I was thinking about scraping an old one from an old ski and just snipping the three wires and splicing the other one on. I would like some feedback on this before I start working on it just incase I am off base and it is a different issue and I go causing myself more problems. Thanks
