Motor Swap

I bought a 95 Seadoo SPI hull and was wondering if i could put a different motor in it, other than the 587? I got the whole ski minus the motor. All electronics, everything. Please help me out and let me know if i can and also what i would need to change..

any motor besides the 587 it came with, you'll need to swap the electronics out. You can install a 717 with no motor mount mods.
