of the 8 manifold bolts that hold it on, 1 decided to be a pain! I cant seem to get the last 1 out and the allen head is rounded out..any suggestions would be helpful. I was thinking an ease out, but i dont know if the hole is deep enough 4 it. I think the threads have electrolosis in them, at least that was what was on the other 7. Any and all help would be appreciated. this is on a '96 seadoo gti.

Well, I was able to get to the bolt with an 8" pipe wrench. It started to come, but i twisted off some of the threads in the hole..about 1 1/2"...I was wondering if I will have to remove the whole case to drill out the hole or is there another way to get to it...any help would be appreciated

intake or exhaust?

Regardless... if you don't want to do more damge... remove the engine so you can drill it square to the hole.

(if it's exhaust, you can pop off that bad jug, and leave the engine in the hull)
