pull the rear cylinder, if looks good, and piston looks good, have the cylinder honed, and install new rings, just to get you thru the season.
 
collapsed/stuck rings on pistons, diveted piston top, scratches on side of piston and walss of cylinder..aka sleeve.
 
$260 gets you a top end rebuild if you can do the work yourself....google "787 top end rebuild"
