2001 Seadoo gtx 951 problems

I have a 2001 Seadoo gtx and I’m having a ton of issues. So I bought this ski and it came with a new motor I had to put in. I installed it and have maybe 15 min if that run time on it. It completely broke the top exhaust where it connects to the intake and also only is getting 100psi compression. Has anybody had the exhaust do this before from vibration or something and can the rave valves cause the low compression if they aren’t working properly? Thanks in advance IMG_6147.jpeg

Did you tighten up all the bolts on the exhaust, the ones on the other side of the motor and the middle one. Normally loose bolts there creates to much stress on the main connection.

100 compression is not good at all. Was the engine apart, at all, when you tested? Might want to take the head plate off and take a look at the cylinder walls and pistons. Can you see anything form the rave inlet of exhaust inlet that gives you concern?
