Hi all,
Last summer my 2004 3D starting losing power when it got warm, but if you left it a few minutes all was well again till it got warm.
I took it to the dealer who eventually diagnosed water in the fuel, but he didn't seem convinced.
I have used it again today with the same problem happening, and the warning light blinking as well. Shut her down for a few minutes and all is well again.
Any ideas anyone? I have read on some threads about water being able to get in the fuel through poor non return valves. Is this the likely cause?
Be good if anyone else has had the same problem and cured it. I only ski on a lake so no real problem if it conks, but may take it out to sea one day!:
