230 Challenger SE (2009) - has a few snaps and screws on the bimini base that are loose and will not tighten (pictures enclosed). What can I do/use to have these properly secured to the fiberglass?

zip files?

I did not get to look at your pix because you attached it as a zip file. That's not needed. People won't normally open a zip because of the dangers that a virus or trojan might harm their computer.

I've not seen this specific set up but if you got the kind you can remove, that has the screw in the center, you can get a JB epoxy weld stick, which comes like a tootsie roll, remove the snap. Cut a small piece of the epoxy and roll it together to activate it. Force is into the hole. Once it sets, you can drill a small pilot hole then, re-attach the snap. You can also re-assemble while it's wet.

When this stuff is set up for a good day or so, you just about can't break it with a hammer. I keep a roll in my shop for my emergency "McGyver" fixes.
