Loose rivets in engine bay

Hello, I found these today in the bottom of my 2012 GTI SE 155. 1 was in the engine bay and the other 2 were in the battery compartment. Any idea what these would be from? I looked around everywhere and couldn't find anything loose.

I do not. All stock

Hard to say then, it is obvious they have been drilled out.
