Loose Hose on a 96 GTI

I have a 1996 Seadoo GTI. I just bought it recently. I am also new to jet skis. I have a loose hose that I can't find where it supposed to go. I'm posting some pics of the hose. Can someone please help me to find what's that hose for and where it's supposed to go. Thank you.

I believe that is the battery vent hose
