Long warm start

Hello all. New to the site and new to seadoos. Have a question about my 2003 gti le rfi. The thing will fire right up when cold. I mean fairly instant within about a second or two. But after I've been riding, it takes much longer crank to start when its warm. More like 5 - 7 seconds. No other issues, the think runs great. Any idea what it could be? Or is this normal? Any help would be appreciated. I do have the service manual but can't find the troubleshooting section that covers it. If its in there, maybe someone could point me to it.

Sometimes it's normal. When the engine is hot, gas fumes will displace the air in the bilge, and it makes it a little harder to start.

IF... when it stats, you need to hold the throttle, and it starts with a sputter, and it takes a second or 2 for both cylinders to clear... then that's a problem.

Most likely... your injectors are leaking just a little... and you have to clear a little extra fuel.

OK, maybe its normal. When it starts, there is no sputter and I do not have to hold the throttle. It just takes longer to start, but once it does, everything is normal and runs fine. Thanks for the reply.
