Sorry, n00b question (I searched but couldn't find anything) - my 2 '99 XP Limited were winterized last November, and I'm considering not putting them in the water until next summer ('12) for a variety of reasons. Is it ok to leave them winterized for that long? Or would it actually be better to run them 3 or 4 times over the summer and re-winterize in the fall?

Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

Yep... if done right... it should be fine. I would drain the old fuel, when you finally bring them out. Make sure to put a charge in the battery, or they will be dead-dead next summer. (as in... you will need new ones)

if they are covered might want to make sure they have adequate ventilation under the cover and inside the hull to minimize mildew if they are exposed to any dampness. I think the manual even says not to latch the seat while storing.
