Long beep and error code

Okay I plug the key in and I get 2 short normal beeps then right after a long loud beep then normal and then I can start the jet ski (seafood 2006 rxp 215) after starting I get the long beep again and then every thing ok FYI the engine runs superb, after starting about 20seconds later I get the check engine light and fault code p0107 but engine still runs fine? Kinda worried it'll breack down like this.
