So on my first run ever on my ski it ran great after about an hour was bringin back to dock through no wake zone and i had to keep pushin the throttle because it felt like it was loading up...rebuilt the carbs to spec with new needles and seats and genuine mikuni soft parts...will leaning the low speed needle a bit(1/8 turn on both carbs) help this?

Mine loads up in no wake zones also, most 2 strokes do. I've now got a 4 stroke merc. outboard which doesn't load up but my old merc. 2 stroke did. I think it's just inherent in 2 stroke engines.

I just crack the throttle from time to time to clear it.

Yeah I always have mine loading up if you try to let it idle through a section for long times. I have just always figured it was the nature of the beast. I just lightly feather the throttle, these skis don't make a big wake compared to a boat anyways.

Are you running pre-mix? that'll do that. Plugs all wet would indicate the NS leaking fuel into the cases. It would also be a little hard to start when hot.

got a little oil in gas but running oil pump...new needles and seats in carbs(1 hour on them)just wanted to know if leaning the low spped a bit would help this...maybe all of sea doo 2 stroke do this...
