Has anyone had any experience with this stuff??

I was thinking about using it to reduce the damage from constantly loading and unloading my seadoo. I have a black hull and the gel coat is starting to get damaged where it rubs up onto the bunks. I was thinking that this stuff might help reduce that problem because there will be less friction. Do you guys think this would work like I'm hoping it will??

Also does anyone from Canada have any idea where to get this stuff??

Thanks in advance!

Matt

What works pretty good too, is to spray silicone spray on the bunks with the seadoo off it. It will rince away the same as this stuff...but is it only like $1.29 at walmart.
You could always try to Float your doo on and off, instead of driving it on.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought about using silicone lube but wasn't sure if there was something in it that might damage the gel coat. So I am guessing you are saying that there isn't and its fine to use?

I do float it on and off as much as possible (most of the time now that I noticed the damage) there is just a few launches where i have almost killed myself because they are so slipery so I just drive it on.

I use the silocone for a lot of things on my doo. I dowse a can of it on my jet drive after each use because it is cheap and protects somewhat rather just letting it drip dry. I also spray my engine compartment with it too to help protect the rubber items from drying out in the Florida heat. For the price I can't afford not to use it...

liquid rollers works great, but it is an over priced silcone spray

a normal silicone spray should have the same effect, i can launch my ski with the bunks totaly out of the water

Ok great thanks guys!! My doo is gone for the winter :( but I will have to try this out next year!!
