license key for MPI 1

Hi I have tried numerous avenues to ask how to obtain a licence key for a Brp Bombardier MPI 1 scan diagnostic tool with 2.3.28 software. I bought it on Ebay and the seller quoted that he doesn't have the Licence key for it but it can be acquired from online sites or from a dealer if I have a friend there.
Can anyone help ???

diag-systems dot com has them in various formats.....not to advertise but a 1 yr seadoo license with mp-2 hardware is $650
