Left-overs from my projects

Hi All,

I have some stuff that I'm tired of tripping over in my shop... and as always, you guys get first shot before sending it to eBay.

1) A VTS drive from a 95 xp. The outside case of the motor was crusty, so I popped open the gear box, checked the inside of the motor, regressed it, and re sealed the gear case. It works fine, and I was going to keep it to add trim to my sportster... but I changed my mind. (this one has the VTS controler in the case)

2) A standard fuel/oil gauge. It came from my sportster. It works fine, I just replaced my gauge with XP gauges.

3) a round body 38BN Mikuni. It cam from my 90 Si project. (did a super BN swap) I took it apart, and cleaned the internals. It should be ready to bolt on and run a 587 engine.

4) A Mikuni fuel pump from my 90 Si. It's a little crusty, but works fine.

5) Some battery cables from a 95 XP

6) A choke cable from a 90 Si

7) the front storage bucket from a 95 XP. This will fit any of the X4 hulls, and the 14.5' sport boats.

You guys know what this stuff is worth... I'm not looking to make a ton of money from it... but I don't want to give it a way either. So, just give me a reasonable offer, and it's yours.

I want the purple cases !!!! and the fuel oil gauge would i be able to rig that to my 89sp? I could really use the contaners though since my friend broke my lid on my see do so its no longer water tight!

I guess I should have checked this thread once in a while.

I'll send a couple PM's later today to see if you are still interested. (Need to get to work now)

I will say this... the purple containers are part of the bucket. (they are riveted in) If the first guy doesn't want the bucket anymore... We may be able to work something out.

Will the 95 vts box work in a 96 xp? looks the same..im pretty sure my module is out

OK... the module is the same... but it looks like they changed the plugs a little for 96. It will still work, but the Purple/white wire that turns the VTS on and off, will need to be moved.

Basically, you will need to use the plugs off of your VTS, and put them on the one from the 95. If you have a SeaDoo pin tool, it will be an easy thing to do.

Thanks for checking..for right now i am going to try to find a 96vts instead of trying to cut and splice wires...i appreciate you finding out tho

I just want to know what the flamed paint job is on in picture number two.

It's the seat on a Harbor Freight shop stool.

Hi,
Will the vts work on a 93xp?
Thank you,
Ken

I don't think it will. In 93, they used a cable, and the motor was mounted up by the hood. This entire unit mounts to the transom. I'm sure you could get it to work... but it's not bolt in.
