knoking sound coming from rear jet pump area?

I have a klunking noise at idle in the water coming from the rear when i rev it up it goes away could it be the wear ring? Or maybe carbon seal ?

Normal... don't worry about it. If you don't want to listen to it... turn the idle up a little.

It's not either of the parts you listed. In a seadoo pump... the bearings aren't pre-loaded... and unless there is enough trust... the pump shaft can move back and forth.

Tony thanks for your reply by mistake i asked you that same question in a previous post sorry my bad, do yoi think i have engine damage since i had a manifold leak i mean i didnt run it long are very hard and it started right back up when i tried it again i didnt go back out i just was curious if it would start after i found out abouy leak thanks again alan

Exhaust manifold?

Nope.. they rot out, and leak. Just have it welded up.
