Well i really only bought it for the engine since I just bought a 1998 sportser 1800 that's missing the portside engine. Got a great deal on the ski and trailer tho they have no papers. So heres my question. Compression seems to be good, 150 in one, 135 in the other. I was able to get it running but its real rough. I'm assuming gas in the tank is old so I've got to siphon it out. How do I figure out if the ski was premix or not? Also how do I know what kind of oil was used. I want to try this thing out on the water before I swap the engine out.

If it's premixed the old gas will probably be black and the oil pump may or may not be there and if it is it may just be looped to eachother. Just make sure you use 2 stroke engine oil and not gear oil ( ex 5w 30)

If your oil injection pump is hooked up and working, should be easy enough to tell. If it's not there it will be blocked off. You will just use straight gas. If you need to use premix it's 40:1 use API-TC rated oil, since you have a 720 mineral oil is fine.

If you have oil injection I would suggest keeping it, you can run API-TC mineral, if you don't know what oil is in the tank you should drain it add fresh oil and bleed the system.

Now the bad news, 150psi is perfect, 135psi while O.K., the difference in compression between the two cylinders is going to cause your ski to run rough. Probably time for a top end rebuild, maybe just rings in the 135psi side.
