Just picked up 07 rxt RPM and mph seem to be low can my weight affect that

I had an 06 p rxp it seemed to be way faster but I do have more weightmore now 340 my RPMs are at 73 mile an hour is at 64 65 was told supercharger was rebuilt you cannot spend the impeller with your finger it has new plugs in it the wearing and prop look to be in pretty good shape but the gas is old in the ski does not smell bad but was told it's been in there for a yearis my fat ass causing it to have a lower RPM and slower mile an hour
