Just had to tell someone

To Dr Honda and Seadooya and all the people that answered my questions.
98 GTX LTD.Put in a new bottom end,pistons,rings ,rods.Rebuilt carbs.Oil pump.New fuel lines.You name it.
No plugs in and wound the motor over for a bit.Did this a few times.Oil and fuel were coming through.(new drive in the starter as well).Put the plugs in and wound it over.All good.
Plugs leads went on and on the VERY 1st kick,the motor fired!!!
I couldn't believe it.And then it idled!
To all you guys that have helped me,Thank you so very very much.
You have saved me a heap of dollars through your support and knowledge.
Me! I am as happy as a dog with two tails.

Thank you again to all the great people on this site.
The ski went in the water today for it's shakedown run.
It started first kick.the only thing I had to do was adjust the idle.
Went for a slow ride and came back to the ramp to check it all.
Nothing! NADA!
Oil in the tank and oil in the fuel and away I went.For an hour.The ski is absolutely bullsh-t.It's 800 revs quicker on 3/4 throttle.
To all you guys that suggested what I should do.A very big thank you.I followed your advise and it was 100% correct.
I tell you what.It would put a fat on a jellyfish.

Mate !thank you.You steered me towards keeping the oil injection.I did.After pulling a motor,putting it back in after a total rebuild and doing most myself,I learnt a hell of a lot from you.You put me on the correct track.Thanks
