jet pump oil change

Just finished putting a brand new cone from Bay Area powersports Cleaned everything well, installed cone and it held pressure. Just like manual said. Added 4 oz bottle of jet pump oil. Everything looked great no leaks . Dropped it in lake and ran great . Back to dock and oil slick ! It seems to be coming from mating surface between cone. Need help!

Pressure test again. Only thing that seals it is the o-ring

So I should tear it down , refill and do a pressure test ?

I would pressure test first and see where it’s leaking.
